(DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No. 1)
Required Time: 5 minutes
Wipe off old grease with an oiled rag and apply new one
to the grooves of the linear guide with a syringe.
Take ample care not to leave any waste threads
after cleaning.
Pallet Receiver
Every 3 Months Inspection
Required Time: 1 minute
Visually inspect the wear of the pallet
receiver.
When the receiver is worn out to the extent
that the pallet is warped, follow the steps
below for the replacement.
1. Remove five bolts (one on side)
fastening the pallet receiver and detach
the receiver.
2. Attach a new pallet receiver and tighten
the bolts.

3.3.4 Magazine Base

Cylinder Connection Sections (4 places for each)
Every 3 Months Lubrication (MOLYNOC GREASE AP1)
Required Time: 10 minutes
Zero Magazine Base #2 (Upper) and open the exchange position door.
Turn off the power.
Wipe off old grease from the cylinder connection sections located on the bottom
side of the magazine base with an oiled rag.
Apply new grease with a syringe.
Move Magazine Base #1 (Lower) to the middle magazine change position and
continue the maintenance for Magazine Base #1 from the magazine #1 door.
Take ample care not to leave any waste threads after cleaning.
Note
Use No. 18 (green) nozzle.
