Attachment points for transportation with pallet truck or fork-lift
The placement machine may only be lifted and transported at
these marked points. The placement machine could otherwise tilt
over.
The placement machine may ONLY be lifted and transported
at these marked points (on the output end of the placement
machine). Read and observe the chapter "Setting up and
commissioning" on page 175.

2.2.4.4 Hand guard on the board conveyor
The hand guard on the PCB conveyor prevents you from reaching into the placement machine, in
the event that there is no input/output conveyor extension fitted.
The hand guard is fitted to the input and output conveyors, as a default.

Adjust the height of the hand guard (metal sheet inside and outside) so that the board with
the components can be transported safely through the conveyor system.
WARNING
Danger of crushing
If the hand guard is not fitted, reaching into the board conveyor could lead to injuries to
the arms and hands.
The operating company is responsible for ensuring that the hand guard is fitted.
Only operate the SIPLACE TX placement machine if the hand guard has been fitted
to the input and output conveyor.
