2.5 General notes

Do NOT use magnetizable screws when fitting the sensors! 2
Only use the enclosed plastic screws (item no.: 03005925-01) for fixing the reed sensors. 2
2.6 Preparatory work
: Dock the component trolley from its location out of the machine.
: Switch the placement machine off at the main power switch.
: Move the gantry towards the PCB conveyor and remove the waste tape chute to gain easy ac-
cess to the working surface.
: If any nozzle changers are fitted, remove them at the relevant locations.
