1. Introduction
Hybrid calibration offset is a function that adds a correction for placement during actual
production based on placement deviation measured with a test part on a jig stand.
Function overview
·
Measurement is performed as part of autocalibration after exchanging heads.
·
The function uses a jig and test part placed inside the module. Placement is
performed and the placement deviation is measured by checking the actual position
of the test part.
·
The placement position (X, Y and Q-directions) is offset based on the measurements.
Advantages of hybrid calibration offset
·
The precision of the new function is higher than the previously used auto final offset.
2. Required items
The following items are required to perform hybrid calibration offset measurement.
Required optional units
·
φ1.3 jig nozzles for hybrid calibration
·
φ5.0 jig nozzles for hybrid calibration
·
Stand for hybrid calibration (including jig parts)
