MOTOR DRIVER WAS NOT DETECTED.
(Cause 1) This error occurs when the optical beam of the sensor is always kept in the “E / NR” or
the “E / R” condition during zeroing operation.
(E / NR: Light Emitted and Not Received, E / R: Light Emitted and Received)

Reset Procedure
(1) Press the [RESET] button to cancel the error indication.
(2) Check whether the optical beam is always E / NR or E / R because of dirt on the sensor, or
whether the sensor is defective. How to check is to shine the optical beam of the sensor on a
piece of paper and check whether it is E / R or E / NR.
(3) Re-start.
(4) If the device still can’t be reset after the above procedures, contact our service personnel
because the sensor cable or sensor may be defective.
