(1) Press the [CLEAR ALARM] key and the buzzer stops sounding.
(2) Press the [ZERO] button to return all the axes to their original positions.
(3) Re-start.
(4) If the device can’t be re-started, contact our service personnel.

(Cause 1) Check whether or not solenoid valves (YSV02A) and (YSV02B) for YB-axis stationary
position stopper forward and backward movement are working normally.

(2) Check whether or not YB-axis stationary position stopper forward sensor (BPH031) is
functioning correctly.
(3) Press the [ZERO] button to return all the axes to their original positions.
(4) Re-start.
(5) If the device can’t be re-started, contact our service personnel.

(4) If the machine can’t be reset even after this check work, contact our service personnel be-
cause the sensor cable or sensor may be defective.
