20672094 COMPONENT DETECTION
ERROR
NOZZLE PROTRUSION OCCUPIES COMPONENT
OUTWARD LENGTH.
20672101 COMPONENT DETECTION
ERROR
CONTRAST BETWEEN COMPONENT AND BACK-
GROUND IS TOO LOW.
20672102 COMPONENT DETECTION
ERROR
THE DETECTED LEAD POSITION DOES NOT MATCH
THE POSITION DATA.
(Cause 1) The diameter of the selected nozzle is larger than the outline of the component.
(Cause 2) Improper parameters are set in the "X" and "Y" data boxes of the label "NOZZLE
OUTER SIZE" at the "NOZZLE TYPE DATA" display.
(Reset Procedure in the case of Causes 1 and 2)
Reset Procedure
(1) Press the [ZERO] button to return all the axes to their original positions.
(2) Re-start.
(3) If the device can’t be re-started, contact our service personnel.
(Cause 1) The lighting is not ON.
(Cause 2) The camera shutter speed is not suitable.
(In normal cases, the speed should be "5.0 to 11.0 ms".)
(Cause 3) The gain and level of the camera are not suitable.
(In normal cases, the gain should be "160 to 190" and the level "0 to 10".)
(Reset Procedure in the case of Causes 1, 2 and 3)
Reset Procedure
(1) Press the [ZERO] button to return all the axes to their original positions.
(2) Re-start.
(3) If the device can’t be re-started, contact our service personnel.
(Cause 1) The component library data is not suitable.
(The data can be checked through component recognition test.)
(Cause 2) The component thickness is not suitable.
(This error may occur because the entire image (the image captured by the camera) of
the component is large or small.)
(Cause 3) The camera magnification is not suitable.
(When four cameras are individually used to perform component recognition tests on
the component and this type of error occurs in only one camera, the camera magnifica-
tion may be wrong.)

20672103 COMPONENT DETECTION
ERROR
UNSPECIFIED LEADS ARE DETECTED.
20672104 COMPONENT DETECTION
ERROR
SOME LEADS CANNOT BE DETECTED.
(Reset Procedure in the case of Causes 1, 2 and 3)
Reset Procedure
(1) Press the [ZERO] button to return all the axes to their original positions.
(2) Re-start.
(3) If the device can’t be re-started, contact our service personnel.
(Cause 1) The number of leads is not suitable.
(Cause 2) Objects shaped identically to the leads exist at both ends of the lead group.
(Cause 3) Dirt and dust have accumulated at both ends of the lead group.
(Cause 2) The lead width is not suitable.
(Too large or small parameter is set in the "WIDTH" data box of the label "LEAD
DATA".)
(Cause 3) The leads look blurred.
(There is an extremely dark lead compared with other leads.)
(Cause 4) The direction of the component feed (direction of the component) is not suitable.
(Cause 5) Dirt, etc., have adhered to the cover glass in the fixed lighting unit.
(This can be checked through the recognition monitor.)
(Reset Procedure in the case of Causes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5)
Reset Procedure
(1) Press the [ZERO] button to return all the axes to their original positions.
(2) Re-start.
(3) If the device can’t be re-started, contact our service personnel.

20672105 COMPONENT DETECTION
ERROR
LEAD POSITION (LEAD LENGTH DIRECTION) WAS
OUT OF TOLERANCE.
This error occurs when "MANUAL" is set in the "RECOG DATA SET" data box, "ENBL
(AUTO)" or "ENBL (MNL)" in the "LEAD POS (LONG DIR) DETN" data box, and the
longitudinal direction of the lead exceeds its tolerance.
This error occurs when "MANUAL" is set in the "RECOG DATA SET" data box, "ENBL
(AUTO)" or "ENBL (MNL)" in the "OUTWARD LENGTH DETN" data box, and the lead
position (longitudinal direction) close to the both ends of lead group exceeds its tolerance.
When "ENBL (AUTO)" is set in the "OUTWARD LENGTH DETN" data box, the tolerance is
automatically set.
(Cause 1) When "ENBL (AUTO)" is set in the "LEAD POS (LONG DIR) DETN" data box, the
tolerance is automatically set.
(Cause 2) The lead end is longer than the component data or a shorter lead exists.
(Cause 3) The leads look blurred.
(There is an extremely dark lead compared with other leads.)
(Cause 4) The lead end is longer than the component data or a shorter lead exists.
(Cause 5) The leads look blurred.
(There is an extremely dark lead compared with other leads.)
(Reset Procedure in the case of Causes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5)
Reset Procedure
(1) Press the [ZERO] button to return all the axes to their original positions.
(2) Re-start.
(3) If the device can’t be re-started, contact our service personnel.
