F-Mark Data Editing Screen
Fiducial mark data editing can be performed from this screen.
Screen Button Explanations
A. [Sequence No.]: Switches to the sequence search screen.
B. [Size A]: Changes the mark size “A” (GMKSIZA) which is specified in
the production program’s mark data (MARKDT).
C. [Size B]: Changes the mark size “B” (GMKSIZB) which is specified in
the production program’s mark data (MARKDT).
D. [Size C]: Changes the mark size “C” (GMKSIZC) which is specified in
the production program’s mark data (MARKDT).
E. [Scan Area]: Changes the mark reading area (GMKSCAN) which is speci-
fied in the production program’s mark data (MARKDT).
F. [Shape]: Changes the fiducial mark shape (GMKPTN) which is speci-
fied in the production program’s mark data (MARKDT).
G. [Color]: Changes the mark color (GMKBORW) which is specified in
the production program’s mark data (MARKDT). An input
dialog box displays.
H. [Reading Deviation]: Changes the mark reading deviation range tolerance (GPB-
COMAT) which is specified in the production program’s pro-
gram data (PGHEAD).
I.[Pitch]: Changes the mark pitch tolerance (GPBCOMPT) which is
specified in the production program’s program data
(PGHEAD).
J. [Close]: Returns to the production program editing screen.

Display Item Descriptions
1. [Shape]: Displays a graphical representation of the fiducial mark shape.
2. [Result]: Displays the correction amount for the fiducial mark vision processing
result.
Editing Operations
The following editing operations can be performed from this screen.
Problem
Panel's F-mark pattern size differs from
wire frame's mark pattern size.
Panel's F-mark pattern is deviated from the
wire frame's mark pattern (vision processing
fails).
Panel's F-mark pattern shape differs from
wire frame's mark pattern shape.
Editing Operation
If the F-mark size is incorrect, edit sizes
A, B, and C.
If the F-mark reading area setting is incorrect,
edit the reading area setting.
If the F-mark shape is incorrect, edit the
shape.
Panel's F-mark pattern color differs from the
wire frame's mark pattern color.
If the F-mark color is incorrect, edit the color.
Panel's F-mark pattern is deviated from the
wire frame's mark pattern (vision processing
fails).
If the F-mark reading tolerance is improper,
edit the mark reading tolerance value.
A "0x12055005" pitch check error occurred
during test placement.
Edit the mark pitch tolerance setting for mark
reading operations.

Screen Button Explanations
A. [Sequence No.]: Switches to the sequence search screen.
B. [Size X]: Changes the block skip mark size “X” (GMKSIZX) which is
specified in the production program’s mark data (MARKDT).
C. [Size Y]: Changes the block skip mark size “Y” (GMKSIZY) which is
specified in the production program’s mark data (MARKDT).
D. [Brightness]: Changes the camera brightness level (GMKLVL) for block
skip mark reading which is specified in the production pro-
gram’s mark data (MARKDT).
E: [Color]: Changes the block skip mark color (GMKBORW) which is
specified in the production program’s mark data (MARKDT).
F: [Close]: Returns to the production program editing screen.
