4b1801 Flux spread error
Component recognition is abnormal after flux spread.
Since the picked-up components may have fallen on the turntable of flux spread
equipment, please check it.
4b1802 Flux spread error
Component recognition is abnormal after flux spread.
(1) Please confirm whether a flux spread device is installed definitely.
(2) Please confirm whether there is a residual quantity of flux.
(3) Please confirm whether a film thickness of a flux is formed normally.

(1) Shut down the machine and check the connection between the position board
and amplifier.
(2) Check whether or not the multi-axis amplifier is damaged.
(3) Check whether or not the servo amplifiers are damaged.

There is a problem with the connection between the position board MR-
MC10-U82 channel 2and amplifier.
(1) Shut down the machine and check the connection between the position board
