4b2901 Linear Scale Error
An error for the linear scale position occurred at the beam X-axis (rear) during
zeroing operation.
Please check the linear scale attaching position on the beam X-axis (rear).
4b2902 Linear Scale Error
An error for the linear scale position occurred at the beam X-axis (front) during
zeroing operation.
Please check the linear scale attaching position on the beam X-axis (front).
4b2903 Linear Scale Error
An error for the linear scale position occurred at the beam Y-axis (rear) during
zeroing operation.
(1) Check the linear scale on the beam Y-axis (rear).
(2) Check the linear scale attaching position on the Y1 and Y2.
(3) Check if the process of the linear scale origin mark on the Y1 and Y2 has an
error.
