Reconnect all clamps, where applicable.
Set back to the original conveyor width.
Apply Teflon oil to a lint-free cloth and clean the
bottom (1) and top (2) guide shaft of the width
adjustment.
Alternatively you can also use a SIPLACE cleansing
tissue.
Repeat the procedure for all width adjustment guide
shafts on the conveyor.
Clean and preserve the guide shaft (1) for the
conveyor sides with a SIPLACE cleansing tissue.
Repeat the procedure for all guide shafts on the
conveyor sides.

There must be no PCBs in the machine during the following maintenance steps.
Switch off the machine, disconnect it from the power supply and secure it to prevent unauthorized
reactivation. Observe the instructions in section "1.2 Preparatory Work..." [ ➙ 11].

Dirty scales can lead to counting errors and, as a
consequence, to machine stoppages.
