Recognition Error ID Item Description
02**1000** Component Missing Component was not found.
(Cause 1) The feeder carriage is loaded with a feeder that contains components dif-
ferent from the specified ones.
(Cause 2) The vacuum suction force is too weak.
(Cause 3) An improper nozzle is selected for the components or vice versa.
Mismatching parameters are set in the nozzle type data and the compo-
nent library data.
(Remedy 1) Check if proper components are used.
(Remedy 2) Check the vacuum pressure.
(Remedy 3) Check the parameters in the nozzle type data and the component li-
brary data.
02**2101** Error in Outward Length Inspection Cmponent Outward Length X is incorrect.
02**2102** Error in Outward Length Inspection Component Outward Length X is shorter than the
tolerance.
02**2103** Error in Outward Length Inspection Component Outward Length X is longer than the
tolerance.
02**2104** Error in Outward Length Inspection Component Outward Length Y is incorrect.
02**2105** Error in Outward Length Inspection Component Outward Length Y is shorter than
the tolerance.
02**2106** Error in Outward Length Inspection Component Outward Length Y is longer than the
tolerance.
02**2107** Error in Outward Length Inspection Component Outward Length X or Y is incorrect.
02**2108** Error in Outward Length Inspection Component Outward Length X or Y is shorter
than the tolerance.
02**2109** Error in Outward Length Inspection Component Outward Length X or Y is longer than
the tolerance.
(Cause 1) Wrong parameters are set in the "X [mm]" and "Y [mm]" text boxes of
"Mold size" and the "Mold size tolerance X [mm]" and "Mold size tolerance
Y [mm]" text boxes for the selected components.
(Remedy 1) Check the selected components and the parameters set in the "X [mm]"
and "Y [mm]" text boxes of "Mold size" and the "Mold size tolerance X
[mm]" and "Mold size tolerance Y [mm]" text boxes for the selected
components in the component library data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component library data.

02**2202** Error in Lead Inspection The number of leads is small.
02**2203** Error in Lead Inspection The number of leads is large.
02**2204** Error in Lead Inspection The lead width is incorrect.
02**2205** Error in Lead Inspection The lead width is shorter than the tolerance.
02**2206** Error in Lead Inspection The lead width is longer than the tolerance.
02**2207** Error in Lead Inspection The lead length is incorrect.
02**2208** Error in Lead Inspection The lead length is shorter than the tolerance.
02**2209** Error in Lead Inspection The lead length is longer than the tolerance.
02**2210** Error in Lead Inspection The lead pitch is incorrect.
02**2211** Error in Lead Inspection The lead pitch is smaller than the tolerance.
02**2212** Error in Lead Inspection The lead pitch is larger than the tolerance.
02**2213** Error in Lead Inspection The lead position (LATL DIR) is incorrect.
02**2214** Error in Lead Inspection The lead position (LONG DIR) is incorrect.
(Cause 1) The results of the lead inspection differ from the parameters specified in the
component library data for the selected components.
(Remedy 1) Check the leads of the selected component and the component library
data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component library data.

Item Description
02**2301** Error in Electrode (Ball) Inspection The Electrode(ball) position is incorrect.
02**2302** Error in Electrode (Ball) Inspection There is Electrode(ball) of the size outside per-
missible value.
(Cause 1) There is a difference between the results of the electrode (ball) inspection
of the selected component and the component library data.
(Remedy 1) Check the electrodes (balls) of the selected component and the compo-
nent library data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component library
data.
02**2401** Error in Polarity Detection. Failed in Polarity Detection.
02**2402** Error in Polarity Detection. The detected polarity differs from specification.
(Cause 1) There is a difference between the results of the polarity determination of the
selected component and the component library data.
(Remedy 1) Check the polarity of the selected component and the component library
data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component library
data.
02**2901** Picked Posture Error The pick angular skew is big.
02**2902** Picked Posture Error The pick-up position has deviated greatly in X di-
rection.
02**2903** Picked Posture Error The pick-up position has deviated greatly in Y di-
rection.
02**2904** Picked Posture Error The pick-up position has deviated greately in X or
Y direction.
(Cause 1) When a component is picked up, the pick-up positions (X and Y) and angle
have shifted greatly from the correct ones.
(Cause 2) When the tape is fed, a component is turned vertically.
(Remedy 1) Check the selected component and the tape feeder.
