5.8.13 fk_off.ma - Correction File for Fine Calibration
The correction values derived from the machine capability analysis and fine calibration used to be held in
real.ma. They have now been transferred to the file fk_off.ma. The entries for the relevant camera IDs and
transports are located in the file. The mean offsets from the machine capability analysis must be added to
the values in the "Global" data record depending on the feeder. (Important: These used to be subtracted in
real.ma!) The angle-dependent correction values from wnk_korr.ma (this file is removed) have also been
moved to the new file fk_off.ma. . The relevant offsets for the angles from fine calibration during the
assembly with IC head are added to the values in the records "0", "90", "180", "270", depending on the
conveyor.

5.8.14.1 Illumination Values for Live Images in SITEST
The illumination values for various illumination levels can be set for the new "Multicolor" PCB camera for the
live image, in order to test the illumination.
This button is inactive for the old PCB camera!
5.8.14.2 Accelerated calibration of the 12-segment C&P head
Measurement of segment offset I and segment offset II is now only repeated 4x for 12-segment heads.
For reasons of accuracy, the measurement is repeated 8x for 6-segment heads.

6 Error Corrections
6.1 Errors Corrected in the 407.05 Software
1-9MYGD
On an F5HM machine an error concerning the segments 2-5 often occurred for the 6 nozzle head
(segment untight after placement). The software for the axes has been adapted
1-DTQP0
The reference run of the C&P head did not work, because some segments were empty. Empty
segments will not be regarded during heights reference run anymore.
1-CO0XG
During placement of a high component from a tray (last component of the PCB) a track error occurred,
but the level did not turn back into the tower as the PCB was finished.
If a component then was picked up from a tray for the next PCB, the level with the high component was
still activated, since the SP head was reactivated when a track or a tray was filled up with components.
This reactivation is not performed by filling up anymore.

After placing high components on an F

machine, an empty segment of the 12-nozzle head was not
moved down during parking. The function has been adapted.

OIS did not document component rejects correctly, since an error message was not forwarded to OIS.
The error log file has been adapted accordingly.
1-GEXBA
By rebooting a SIPLACE S20 machine, the error message "konfig.ma file missing or faulty" was
displayed. This was caused by timing problems during access on the konfig.ma file. The access method
has been modified.

machine, the entries for 2 feeder tracks were missing in the Component Level Indicator (CLI)
on the station GUI. The error has been corrected.

It was impossible to activate a reel and BCSupplier.exe registered a problem. The error has been
corrected.

Conveyor error as PCB was transferred between an HS50 and an F4 machine. The error has been
corrected.
