2-1 Items of Machine Parameter
Head angle origin
Angle origin offsets for each head and for the height sensor position are displayed.
Head rotate center
The distance between the rotating center for each head and two recognition camera centers is
displayed.
Nozzle height & arrange
The nozzle height of head for each nozzle and nozzle height basis are displayed.
Nzl Arrang set
Setting the nozzle to be used can be set.
Camera
The offset values, lamp values, magnification, etc. of chip recognition camera and board recogni-
tion camera are displayed, so that you can check the data.
Network
The setting for communication with PT can be set.
Status indicator
Indicator and buzzer under various states are set.
Judgment value
Judgment value during operation can be set.
Option configuration
Condition of system movement can be set.

Data of machine parameter can be checked.

2-1-1 Head Angle Origin
This parameter is set by “Head exchange teach” in “Machine maintenance.”
The angle origin offsets for each transfer head and height sensor position offset are displayed on
the screen.
Angle origin offset
The difference between the angle when the reference nozzle (1005) is at the center of the
recognition camera and the one of the mechanical origin is displayed.
Height sensor position angle origin offset
The difference of angle between the reference nozzle (1005) turned to the height sensor position
and the center of the sensor is displayed.

This parameter is set by “Head exchange teach.”
The distance between the rotating center for each transfer head and two recognition camera
centers is displayed on the screen.
