The Z/θ unit is made up of the Z-axis & -axis head AC servo drivers.
6-1 Z/θ Unit Structure
The KE-750 AC servo driver is comprised of 4 control & power PWB's for the Z axis (L, R) and axis (L,
R) in a 4 axis unit (rack) along with 1 control & power PWB for Z axis (C) and axis (C) in a 2 axis unit
(rack).
The servo driver of KE-760 differs from that of KE-750 in having only the 4 axis unit (rack).
