2-1 Machine Parameter
Each “Machine Parameter” screen can be displayed in following procedures.
1. Press

XY unit
UX : X-axis origin offset
This is the origin offset for the X-axis.
It is the reference of the X-axis movement.
UY : Y-axis origin offset

2-1-2 Judgment Value
Default
The judgment value is initialized.
Recognition error judgment (recognition rate)
This is the judgment value for the recognition.
When ANS of the recognition is under this
value, the recognition error appears.
Bad nozzle judgment value (miss rate)
This is the judgment value for the nozzle.
When the miss rate of a certain nozzle is over
this value, it is “Bad Nozzle.”
Bad nozzle judgment value (error stop)
This is the judgment value for the bad nozzle to
be the error stop.
When the number of bad nozzles is over this
value, the error stop works.
Bad feeder judgment value for the feeder
This is the judgment value for the feeder.
When the miss rate of a certain nozzle is over
this value, it is “Bad feeder.”
Tape feed start miss qty
It means the parts empty judgment count at
immediately after completing the supply. The
count of the pickup and the pickup miss within
the setting count is not performed.
When even one chip is normally picked up,
normal count (3) is applied to the parts empty
judgment.
Tape Starting
The count of the tape feed start after the parts
empty is set.
