Rehm Thermal Systems with company headquarters in

Blaubeuren, Germany, is a specialist for thermal system

solutions and produces innovative manufacturing equip-

ment for the electronics and solar industries.

We implement custom tailored applications for our custom-

ers covering all aspects of soldering, coating, testing and

curing PCBs. With an extensive product range including

reflow soldering systems based on convection, vapor phase

and vacuum, as well as coating and drying systems, cold

and hot function testing systems and systems for metal-

lizing solar cells, we supply manufacturing solutions for

a diverse range of applications. Our processes work with

temperatures ranging from –55 to 1200 °C. Above all with the

implementation of individualized special systems which are

matched ideally to customer requirements, Rehm has estab-

lished its reputation at the international level. In this respect,

in-house production and expert assembly are especially

important. We produce everything ourselves – from sheet

metal, mechanical and electronic components, right on up to

the nished system.

By means of intensive R&D work and collaborations with uni-

versities and renowned research institutes, we’re always in

tune with the times and we develop new, innovative solutions
