1.2.3.2 Rüstung
: Wählen Sie eine Rüstung aus (siehe Screenshot).
: Wählen Sie bei LP-Transport "Lange LP" aus und tragen Sie für BB 2 "Stopper 2 an Position"
einen der folgenden Werte als Stopperposition ein.

eingetragen werden. 1

1.3 Überprüfung der Stopperposition und Ermittlung
des Offsets
: Führen Sie hierfür den Standard-Inbetriebnahme-Ablauf der LBO durch.
: Treten im Feld Markenfehler im LBO-Modus auf, verfahren Sie wie folgt:
– Fahren Sie die zu bestückende Leiterplatte in den Bestückbereich 2 und markieren Sie mit
einem Stift die Position des Bestücknestes auf der Transportwange.
– Takten Sie die Leiterplatte auf Stopperposition 2 im BB2 und messen Sie den Abstand der
Leiterplattenkante bis zur Markierung des Bestücknests.
Dieser Abstand ist der Offset-Wert bei Stopperposition 2, der in der Rüstung bei "Stopper 2
an Position" eingetragen werden muss.

: Laden Sie das Bestückprogramm mit der geänderten Offset-Position an die Station und über-
prüfen Sie die Markenpositionen.

SOKO Stopper LBO for minimum
board size 50 mm SIPLACE D4
2.1 Functional description
The SOKO LBO allows the production of a minimum board size of 50 mm without disassembling
the stopper module. 2
2.2 Requirements
Hardware: SIPLACE D4 (single conveyor) 2
Software: 603.xx 2
Conveyor firmware: SOKO conveyor FW Ts510613 2
2.3 Restrictions
– The clearance for the placed components on the bottom side is 20 mm.
– The stopper unit can be moved app. 70 mm in y-direction. The adjustment of the unit for the
maximum PCB width is not possible.
– Insert the offset values in SIPLACE Pro shown in the diagram in chapter 2.7.3. (precision ad-
justment at the mounting is not possible).
– The unit is mounted in position 2. Position 1 cannot be adjusted.
– A field retrofit is not possible.
– To run the minimum board size with installed LBO the SOKO conveyor firmware Ts510613 is
required.
