1 Remove all loose components on and
around the whole PCB conveyor.
2 Clean the gantry cables of the Y-Axis. 3 Clean the gantry cables of the X-Axis.
4 Repeat all steps at the other gantry.

1 Clean the sliding surface of both shock ab-
sorbers.
2 Open and close the cover several times. 3 Check if any oil is visible at the sliding sur-
face.
4 If NOT proceed with step 6. 5 If YES contact service for exchange. 6 Repeat steps 1 to 5 for the second ab-
sorber.
