11: Machine_Status A 0000 0000 0000 0000 ❈
This sets special mode parameters (input as a 16 bit binary mask pattern)
that are common to every machine. Change this command to a mode
which is easy to use.
When the Mark Editor Mode is set, the Mark Editor screen will
automatically display when a fiducial mark read error occurs (Mark Editor
Mode).
Also, it is possible to set so that parts consumption report by nozzles will be
sent to the MCS. This mode is available only for MCS-compatible versions.
Note that because development mode settings are being used for machine
development, there is no guarantee that they will work properly.
The standard setting is 0000 0000 0000 0000.
12: Machine_Status B 0000 0000 0000 0000 #
This sets special mode parameters (input as a 16 bit binary mask pattern)
that are common to every machine. Ordinarily this is set to 0.
Change this command to a mode which is easy to use.
When the Nozzle Skip function is set, a nozzle determined as faulty by
nozzle center measurement will automatically be skipped.
When the XY Table Acceleration/Deceleration Reduce Mode is set, it is
possible to lengthen the acceleration or deceleration time for a completed
board returning to the loading position.
Note that because development mode settings are being used for machine
development, there is no guarantee that they will work properly.
The standard setting is 0000 0000 0000 0000.

13: Machine_ID 0000 0000 0000 0000 ❈
This is one of the machine’s special operating parameters (input as a 16 bit
binary mask pattern). The standard setting is 0000 0000 0000 0000.
14: PCB_Location Corner: Pin $
This sets the method used to locate the board on the XY table.
Corner: Corner used as standard
Pin: Reference pin used as standard
The standard setting is "Corner."
15: Reserve 1 Not used at present $
16: Reserve 2 Not used at present $
17: Reserve 3 Not used at present $
18: Reserve 4 Not used at present $
19: Reserve 5 Not used at present $
20: Loader Status A 0000 0000 0000 0000 $
This sets board loader operating conditions (input as a 16 bit binary mask
pattern). The standard setting is 0000 0000 0000 0000.
21: Loader Status A 0000 0000 0000 0000 $
This sets board loader operating conditions (input as a 16 bit binary mask
pattern). The standard setting is 0000 0000 0000 0000.
22: Conveyor Type L]R: R]L$
This sets the direction of the conveyor board.
L->R: Left to right
R->L: Right to left (Optional)
The standard setting is L]R.
23: Wait Signal Off: On $
This chooses whether or not the wait signal works.
The standard setting is "Off."
24: Busy Invalid No: Yes $#
Sets whether or not machine refers to board request signals from the
previous stage.
No: Ignore board request signals and feed out boards when they become
available.
Yes: Refer to board request signals
The standard setting is "No."

25: Conveyor Control Manu: Auto $#
This is valid only for HELPS-compatible machines. This selects whether or
not the conveyor width will be controlled automatically.
Manu: Manual conveyor adjustment
Auto: Automatic conveyor adjustment
The standard setting is "Manu."
26: Conveyor Adj. Limit 0.05 ~ 1.00 [mm] $#
This is valid only for HELPS-compatible machines. This sets the limit to
determine if fine adjustment of the conveyor width is required. Fine
adjustment is carried out if the difference between the current conveyor
width and the board width set in the program exceeds this limit. The
standard setting is 0.50 mm.
27: Conveyor Stop Offset 0.00 ~ 2.00 [mm] $#
This is valid only for HELPS-compatible machines. This sets the conveyor
stop offset during conveyor width adjustment. The standard setting is 0.30
mm.
28: Conveyor adj. Timer 0 ~ 120000 [msec] $#
This is valid only for HELPS-compatible machines. When performing
automatic conveyor width adjustment this value sets the amount of time
that elapses before a time-up error occurs. The standard setting is 60000
msec.
29: Width Max Limit 0.00 ~ 655.35 [mm] $❈
This sets the maximum conveyor width value. The standard setting is
460.00 mm.
30: Width Min Limit 0.00 ~ 655.35 [mm] $❈
This sets the minimum conveyor width value. The standard setting is
050.00 mm.
40: LMS Flag Off: On $#
This sets whether the unit will be used as a normal or HELPS compatible
machine.
Off: Not compatible
On: Compatible
The standard setting is "Off."
