54: Reader 2 Port No. 0 ~ 30 $#
This is valid only for HELPS-compatible machines. Sets the port number
for code reader 2 (bottom surface).
0: Not Used
1 ~ 30: Connector number of the four channel communication board.
The standard setting is 0.
55: PCB Code Terminal Non: Use $#
This sets whether or not a Handy Terminal is used for recovery.
Non: Not Used
Use: Used
The standard setting is "No."
56: Terminal Type CRX1200: VT-100 $
Not currently in use. The standard setting is "CRX1200."
57: Code Terminal Port 0 ~ 8 $#
When a Handy Terminal is used for recovery, this sets the four channel port
number for the code reader.
0: Handy Terminal is not used for recovery.
1 ~ 30: Port number
The standard setting is 0.
70: Device Check SW No: Parts Miss Error #
This sets whether or not a compulsory device check will be performed after
running out of parts, or after a program has been changed.
No: No mandatory device check
Parts: Perform mandatory device check when parts run out.
Miss: Perform mandatory device check when parts run out or when parts
are mispicked.
Error: Perform mandatory device check when parts run out, parts are
mispicked or when a vision processing error occurs.
The standard setting is "Parts."

This sets the hardware used in device check.

If “Barcode” is used, the device check may not work.The standard setting is

72: Barcode Reader Type 0 ~ 9 #
This sets the type of bar code reader used in device check.
0: Not used
1: Do not use this setting
2: Epson HC-7 (Handy Terminal)
3 ~ 9: Same type of setting as 2.
If “1” is used the device check may not work. The standard setting is 0.
73: Device Check Port 0 ~ 30 #
If a Handy Terminal is used during device check, this sets the four channel
port number for the code reader.
0: Handy Terminal not used
1 ~ 30: Port number
The standard setting is 0.
74: ESC Permission Non: Permit #
This sets whether or not the [ESC] command can be used during device
check.
Non: [ESC] command cannot be used
Permit: [ESC] command can be used
The standard setting is "Permit."
75: MAN Permission Non: Permit #
This sets whether or not the machine can be controlled through the
numerical input keypad on the Handy Terminal.
Non: Keypad cannot be used
Permit: Keypad can be used
The standard setting is "Permit."

The Handy Terminal will disregard the comments embedded in the
selected ASCII code. The standard setting is “%.”
77: HT Verify Term. Code ASCII CODE #
The Handy Terminal will disregard any previous comments. The standard
setting is “/.”
78: D Change Trigger Error Parts Miss PD #
This sets the conditions under which device change (to the next device) is
carried out.
Error: Carried out if parts run out, if parts are mispicked or if there is a
vision processing error.
Parts: Carried out if parts run out.
Miss: Carried out if parts run out or if parts are mispicked.
PD : Carried out according to the conditions laid out in Part data.
The standard setting is "Error."
100:Pickup Position T1 -500000 ~ 0 [pulse] ✩❈
This sets the range of movement of the D1 axis from it's location when
zeroing is completed to the pickup position of device one.
This is a reference position for picking parts. If this value changes parts
will not be picked. A worst case scenario would involve damage to the
machine, so exercise extreme caution.
When the motor is changed, this position must be measured again.
On the D1 axis, one pulse is 0.0053 mm.
The standard setting is the Proper data calibration result. Refer to the
FCP IV-3 Maintenance Manual for further details on Proper data
measurement.
