Cam Axis Alarm
Cause: In automatic operation the cam does not operate properly.
Remedy: Check for obstructions.
*AX + Servo Not Ready
Cause: Servo board will not start.
Remedy: Turn the power off and then back on again.
*AX + Servo Command Error
Cause: An invalid command was used.
Remedy: Press the [RESET] button. If the error occurs again, try replacing
the servo board in question. Also check that all connectors to
the servo board are firmly attached.
*AX + Servo Parameter Error
Cause: Servo parameters are incorrect.
Remedy: Press the [RESET] button. If the error occurs again, try replacing
the servo board in question. Also check that all connectors to
the servo board are firmly attached.
*AX + Servo System Error
Cause: A system error has occurred.
Remedy: Press the [RESET] button. If the error occurs again, try replacing
the servo board in question. Also check that all connectors to
the servo board are firmly attached.
*AX + Servo Limit Error
Cause: The servo has moved beyond its designated range.
Remedy: Move it back within its prescribed limits.
*AX + Servo Overflow
Cause: A servo overflow has occurred.
Remedy: Check to see that the servo axis has not been overloaded.

*AX + Servo Timeout
Cause: In determining the axis position an alarm has occurred.
Remedy: Check the displayed axis for obstructions.
*AX + Encoder Alarm
Cause: The encoder is functioning abnormally.
Remedy: Press the [RESET] button on the machine control panel and if
there is still a problem, check the encoder.
*AX + Overtravel
Cause: The overtravel sensor has been tripped.
Remedy: Press the [RESET] button on the machine control panel and inch
the displayed axis back into position.
Tape Feeder Cylinder Alarm
Cause: The feeder advance cylinder is not functioning normally.
Remedy: Check the condition of the feeder mechanism during operation
and check the cylinder retract limit.
1.2 Cycle Stop Errors
If production cannot be continued a cycle stop error will result causing the
machine to stop after the current cycle is finished. The cam angle will
stop at 0° after the error has occurred so that production can be resumed
once the machine is restarted.
Cam Handle Alarm
Cause: The cam handle cannot be detected.
Remedy: Return the cam handle back to its original position.
Vacuum Alarm
Cause: The vacuum pressure has fallen below the standard level.
Remedy: Close the mechanical valves at each station and check the
vacuum pump.

Air Pressure Alarm
Cause: The air pressure has fallen below the standard level.
Remedy: Check the air supply.
Nozzle Size Alarm
Cause: During the nozzle change check, the size of the selected nozzle
could not be confirmed as being S, M or L. The abnormal nozzle
holder has stopped at Station 12.
Remedy: Check the input statuses of the nozzle check sensors at Station
10 and 12. Also check the abnormal nozzle holder.
Nozzle Change Error
Cause: The nozzle is not changing properly. The malfunctioning nozzle
holder has stopped at Station 12.
Remedy: Check that the holder is attached properly.
Nozzle Position Alarm
Cause: The vertical position of a nozzle has been judged to be
abnormal.
Remedy: Check to make sure the nozzle is not in the down position.
Reference Pin Error
Cause: The reference pin did not fit securely into the reference pin hole.
Remedy: Check the stopping position of the board and the reference pin
sensor.
Pickup Error
Cause: Large parts are not being picked properly.
Remedy: Check the feeder and the nozzles.
PQ Rotation Alarm
Cause: PQ cannot rotate.
Remedy: Check for obstructions.
