Cause: The feeder at the device position shown is out of parts.
Remedy: Supply more parts.
D??? Check
Cause: The feeder at the device position shown has parts but they are
not being picked up.
Remedy: Check the feeder.
D??? unable to process
Cause: Vision processing cannot process the part picked.
Remedy: Check Part data and part type at the device position shown.
Mark Not Readable
Cause: Machine could not read the fiducial marks.
Remedy: Check the location of the mark and the information in
Mark_data in the program.
D Table Position Alarm
Cause: The device table is not in the correct position.
Remedy: Return the device table to its original position.
Stop at Nozzle Skip
Cause: The number of nozzles that have been automatically skipped
has reached the set value.
Remedy: Check the skipped nozzles and replace them.
Communication Error
Cause: Abnormal communication with the MCS 30 has occurred.
Remedy: Check the transmission cable and the MCS 30 computer.

Loading Alarm
Cause: Loader is not functioning properly.
Remedy: Check the loader.
No Response from PLC
Cause: The loader’s Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is operating
abnormally.
Remedy: Cut the power and if the problem still occurs when the machine
is restarted, check the seguencer’s CPU.
Next Device Invalid
Cause: The specified next device number and the table mode are
incompatible.
Remedy: Check the program.
Outside Target Position
Cause: Either the maximum or minimum range of movement limit set
in Proper data has been exceeded because of part vision
processing or as a result of fiducial mark correction.
Remedy: If there is too much tilt in the board, if the parts pickup
condition is extremely bad or if there is too much bend in the
nozzle, then the respective cause must be eliminated before
placing parts.
Head A Error
Cause: When production was started and a search was made for head
A, the head could not be checked.
Remedy: Check that the head A verification sensor and dog at station 9
are functioning properly.
Prod Data Tran Err
Cause: Something has hindered the transmission of production
information from MCS.
Remedy: Check the communication cable. Resort the MCS production
information file. Check that nothing is installed around the
communication cable that could cause noise in the cable.

1.3 Alarms Which Prevent the Machine from Being Started
When it is not possible to start the machine, the cause of this will be
displayed. Once the cause has been removed the "Press START" message
will automatically appear.
Cam Handle Alarm
Cause: The cam handle cannot be detected.
Remedy: Return the cam handle back to its original position.
Vacuum Alarm
Cause: The vacuum pressure has fallen below the standard level.
Remedy: Close the mechanical valves at each station and check the
vacuum pump.
Air Pressure Alarm
Cause: The air pressure has fallen below the standard level.
Remedy: Check the air supply.
Safety Door, Front
Safety Door, Rear
Safety Door 1
Safety Door 2
Cause: Either the front door is open or one of the sensors at the rear of
the machine has been triggered.
Remedy: Close the door or remove the offending object.
Return Cam to Zero
Cause: The input of the cam axis zero position sensor cannot be
recognized.
Remedy: Return the cam axis to it's zero position either by using the cam
handle or by inching.
Lifter Not at Lower Limit
Cause: The lifter is not at it's lowered position.
Remedy: Lower the lifter.
