Chapter 5 Data Check ErrorsPart 6
Device Description ID No. Check
If the device description ID number has not been set in Part data for
the chosen device number, the following equation will be displayed.
11011070 + D No/13 (Hexadecimal)
Remedy: Enter ":idg-a" at the UCI menu.
Chosen Nozzle Check
For the Device numbers being used, if the diameters of the chosen
nozzles have been designated in “Nozzle_size_CP4” in Part data,
check the Machine_data nozzle diameters entered in “S_nozzle_size,”
“M_nozzle_size” and “L_nozzle_size”. Based on the results of this
check, any nozzle that doesn’t match will have the following error
message displayed.
11011080 + D No/13 (Hexadecimal)
Remedy: Check Part data and enter the appropriate nozzle
diameters in Nozzle_size_CP4 and retransmit the
program.
Maximum Nozzle Diameter Check
Check whether the nozzle diameters in the nozzle data section of
Machine_data are less than the maximum permissible nozzle sizes set
in Part data for the device numbers in use. If the results of this check
are out of range, the following equation will appear as an error
message.
11011090 + D No/13 (Hexadecimal)
Remedy: Check Part data and enter the appropriate maximum
nozzle diameter in “Nozzle_size_max”, then retransmit
the program.

Minimum Background Disk Size Check
For the device numbers being used, check that the background disk
size set in Machine_data in the production program is smaller than
the minimum background disk size set in Part data. If the results of
this check are out of range, the following equation will appear as an
error message.
1101D040 + D No/13 (Hexadecimal)
Remedy: Check the minimum background disk size set in
"Back_light_min" in Part data or check
"S_back_light_size", "M_back_light_size", and
"L_back_light_size" in Machine_data in the production
program. Input an appropriate size and retransmit the
program.
Mark Sequence Number Check
If the number of mark sequences in the program (including both
fiducial and block skip sequences) exceeds 255, the error code
11011322 will be displayed.
Remedy: Decrease the number of mark sequences in sequence data
and then retransmit the program.
Mark Reading Check
When a program with mark sequences is transmitted and the “Mark
Read Position X” and “Mark Read Position Y” are not found in Proper
data, error code 11011323 will be displayed.
Remedy: Eliminate the mark sequences from sequence data and
retransmit the program.
Next Device Check
When the device data is checked and the designated number of Next
devices exceeds 30, error code 11011324 will appear.
Remedy: Designate fewer than 30 Next devices.
Nozzle Size Check
When the nozzle size data in Machine_data (“S_nozzle_size,”
“M_nozzle_size” and “L_nozzle_size”) is checked and even one
nozzle size has not been entered, error code 11011325 will appear.
Remedy: Enter every nozzle diameter size that will be used in that
program into nozzle size data in Machine_data
(“S_nozzle_size,” “M_nozzle_size” and “L_nozzle_size”)
and retransmit the program.

Cam Speed Check
When "Cam_speed_CP43" is checked in Part data, and the cam speed
has not been entered the following error code will display.
11010310 + device number/13
Note: Check Part data, enter the correct value for "Cam_speed_CP43 and
retransmit the corrected program.
5.2 Checking Proper Data
Any time a Proper data item moves outside its prescribed range, an error
message will appear.
Placing Position X and Placing Position Y Check
If either of these are at 0, error code 11022321 will appear.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
Loading Position X and Loading Position Y Check
If either of these are at 0, error code 11023223 will appear.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
Cam Speed Check
If the cam speed is less than 10% or greater than 100%, error code
11022323 will appear.
Remedy: Enter a value within this range and transmit the corrected
Proper data. Normally this value is set at 100%.
Pickup Position D1 Check
If this is set at less than -500000 or more than 0, error code 11022326 will
result.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
