Part 1 Chapter 4 The Display
Operating HT… Operation is being conducted with the
Handy Terminal
Changing Over… In HELPS mode, changeover occurs
automatically and this message displays.
Producing… The machine is now placing parts.
Operating Loader A board is being loaded onto or unloaded
off the XY table
Waiting for PCB The machine has stopped and is waiting for
the next board to be loaded.
Waiting for NEXT The next machine has not yet requested a
new board, so this machine is waiting.
Turn off Power The machine will not recover without
turning off power.
(b) Error Display Area
If an error occurs a message will display here. For further information
about these messages, refer to Part 6 of this manual.
(c) Spare Device Status Display Area
In Device Change Mode, when the original table has been changed,
the table not in use acquires the status of spare device table.
d??? resupply The device table named in the message has
run short of parts. The original table has
been changed.
d??? check Parts could not be picked from the device
table named in the message. The original
table has been changed.
d??? unable to process Vision processing could not be carried out
on the parts coming from the device table
named in the message. The original table
has been changed.

(d) Nozzle Skip Information Area
When a nozzle is skipped, the head and nozzle of the skipped nozzles
will display.
Yellow Nozzle is skipped automatically based on statistical
processing (based on settings made at MCS).
Blue Nozzle is skipped using command keys at the machine.
Red Nozzle is skipped because determined as faulty in the
nozzle center measurement and the nozzle skip function
is set to ON in the Proper data.
(e) Tape End Information Area
This display indicates the device numbers of feeders which are about
to run out of parts. Once this situation is corrected the display
disappears.

4.3.1 Emergency Stop
When a situation occurs in which the machine would be damaged
if it continued to operate, the servo motors, conveyor motors and
air cylinders stop operating. The message “Waiting for Reset SW”
appears, and after the operator fixes the problem, the [RESET]
button should be pressed. The message “Ready” will then appear.
Note: When an emergency stop occurs, refer to Part 6, Chapter 1 of this
manual.
