也可从控制面 板（Control Panel ）进入（如 果只安装 了 2008 年四月份后 V1.0 PC Access 通
讯协议， 没安装西门子 STEP 7 MicroWIN V4.0 SP3 软件）：
双击 “设置 PG/PC 接口”（中文）或“ Set PG/PC Interface ”（英语），
出现 如下 画面：
点击 “PC/PPI cable ”,“Properties …”
点击“Default ”（默认 值）,然后选择 波特率（Transmission Rate: ） 19.2kbps 点击 “OK ”
退出 软件，进入回流焊 程序 ，双击桌 面“Reflow ”图标或程序 —Reflow Setup —Reflow 进入，
打开和西回流焊控制系统。 稍等一会，PV 显示当前温度 ，
安装 成功 ！

如需要备份 工作文件（ 应用参数 ），即 只需要将 PCB_Set.mdb 文件 复制到 D 盘，安装 同一
版本的软件后 再用 D\PCB_Set.mdb 覆盖安装 目录 下的此文件。
波峰 焊 回流焊软件 :
1.用户 user,原始密码 123.
此用户有修改 user 的密码功能 ,只能 操作主画 面的开 关,其中波峰焊此用户 不能操作“ 轨距 ”
开关和“ 轨距校正 ”开 关
2.用户 engineer,原始密码 123654.
此用户有修改 engineer 密码功能 和恢复 USER 的原始密码功能 。能操作 主画 面的所 有开关，
能修改 ，保存和 调用 文件参数 ， 等等功能 。即 波峰 焊除不能“修改 系统 参数 ”功能 不能使
用外 ，其它皆 能;回流焊 除不能“温区参数 ”功能不能使用外 ，其它皆能.
3.用户 manager,原始 密码 9876501234.
此用户有修改密码 和恢复 USER 和 engineer 的原始密码功能 。波峰 焊能修改 “系统 参数 ”
功能 ;回流焊 能修改 “温区参数 ”功能 ，同时具有 engineer 和 user 的所 有功能 。此用户 为软
件的 最高 和完全用户 。

If you want to backup the job files (current parameters), pls copy the "PCB_Set.mdb" file to
Disk D; after installing the software oriented from the same version, then copy
"D\PCB_Set.mdb: to cover that data under reflow software directory.
Original passwords for updated software of wave/reflow:
1.user name: user, original password: 123
USER can modify the password for user only, can only operate the switches on the main
interface.
For wave, USER can not adjust the rail width and rail width calibration.
2. user name: engineer, original password: 123654
Engineer can modify the password for engineer and resume the original password of user;
can operate all the switches from main interface; can modify, save and open the job file and
parameters.
3. user name: manager, original password: 9876501234
Manager can modify the password for manager and resume the original password of user
and engineer, it can use all the functions belonging to user and engineer. Manager is the top
and complete operator of this software.
Wave: can modify the "System Parameters"
Reflow: can modify the "Temperature Parameters Settings"
