1. Scope
This feature is one of the specially designed features of ACV system.
The component data can be communicated with the feeders special for
ACV system by attaching the antenna for tag memory to the main ma-
chine of TCM-X series. Also, the feeder component data can be man-
aged by reading the barcode labels affixed on the reels for components
and tape feeders.
2. Function
Check Function for Wrong Installation of Feeders
When the automatic operation is started, this function works to check
if all feeders and components are correctly allocated so as to prevent
any wrong installation of feeders.
Component Remainder Management
The component supply time can be presumed by managing the num-
ber of remaining components at real time for each feeder.
(Alarm for Component Remainder)
Tape Feeder Management Function
(Offset Management, Pick-up Error Data Management)
This function provides record/management of offset values to cor-
rect the deviation when the feeder is set, and record/management of
the pick-up errors.
