6.5.3.1 Removing the Knurled Tamp Wheel (4 - 88 mm)
► First remove the foil disposal drive (depending on
feeder module, see 6.5.1 "Foil Disposal Drive
Assembly" [}37]).
► Remove the stripping device (depending on the
feeder module, see 6.5.1 "Foil Disposal Drive
Assembly" [}37]).
► Place the foil disposal drive down on its right-
hand side.
► Loosen the screws marked in the diagram.
► Lift the cover plate off the foil disposal drive.
► (1) Use a pair of tweezers to lift the stepped
toothed wheel out of the foil disposal drive.
Attention: the stepped toothed wheel is greasy!
► (2) Lift the knurled tamp wheel out of the foil dis-
posal drive.
► Check whether there are any components or
other foreign bodies in the foil disposal drive and
remove these if present.
6.5.3.2 Fitting the Knurled Tamp Wheel (4 - 88 mm)
► (1) Insert the knurled tamp wheel into the foil dis-
posal drive.
► (2) Use a pair of tweezers to lift the stepped
toothed wheel into the foil disposal drive.
Make sure that the toothed wheels interlock.
► Make sure that the corresponding washers are
on the toothed wheel axes.

► Place the cover plate onto the foil disposal drive.
Make sure that the cover plate engages at the 3
toothed wheel axes (1).
Also make sure that the cover plate lies flat on
the side cover.
► Fix the cover plate with the 4 countersunk screws
marked in the diagram (M2.5 x 5mm).
► Fit the stripping device (depending on the feeder
module, see 6.5.2 "Stripping Device Foil Dis-
posal" [}49]).
► Re-fit the foil disposal drive (depending on the
feeder module, see 6.5.1 "Foil Disposal Drive
Assembly" [}37]).

6.5.4.1 Removing the Foil Rocker (4 - 88 mm)
► Place the feeder module down on its left side.
► Loosen the bearing shaft marked in the diagram.
The shaft thread ends after several millimeters.
► Lift the feeder module.
► Press the bearing shaft out of the foil rocker from
the other side, with a split pin punch.
► Remove the roller from the foil rocker.

(3) Bearing shaft
► Remove the ratchet (see 6.5.5.1 "Removing the
Ratchet (4 - 12 mm)" [}56]).
► Loosen the spring from its holding device (1) and
from the hook on the foil rocker (3) with a pair of
tweezers.
