Modules with upgrade kit:
Feeder modules which contain an upgrade kit (marked with the
label below), can have the module version -07 rocker fitted as a
spare part (item no.).
When replacing this assembly, you must also replace the tamp
wheel on the drive side opposite with a module -07 version.
Required tools
●
Flat bladed (slotted) screwdriver
●
Split pin punch size 1.4
6.6.2.1 Removing the Rocker (4 - 88 mm)
► Carefully place the feeder module down on its left
side.
► Press the rocker as far as the left stop, into the
spring, to relieve the bearing shaft. If tension is
not taken off the bearing shaft, the shaft thread
could be damaged during loosening.
► Loosen the bearing shaft marked in the diagram.
The shaft thread ends after several millimeters.
► Stand the feeder module up.
► Press the bearing shaft sideways out of the
rocker, with a split pin punch.
► Slowly release the rocker.
You can now remove the rocker.

6.6.2.2 Fitting the Rocker (4 - 88 mm)
► Insert the spring as far as the stop into the hole
marked in the diagram.
Attention:
Wide feeder modules sometimes have several holes
because of the spacers used. Insert the spring in the
hole which would be directly opposite the recess in the
rocker when installed.
► (1) Position the rocker with the recess onto the
spring.
► Press the rocker into the spring.
► Insert the rocker at the side.
► (2) Position the rocker so that you can see the
open hole for the bearing shaft through the
rocker.
► (3) Press the rocker into the spring, to relieve the
bearing shaft thread during fitting.
► Insert the bearing shaft into the hole provided
and turn to tighten.
Attention:
Carefully fasten the bearing shaft, not too firmly, so
that the thread is not damaged.
► Now release the rocker.
