6.7 Operating Panel Assembly

For 16-24mm feeder modules only
► Lift the foil disposal, together with the foil con-
tainer, out of the feeder module.
► Remove the two screws shown in the left-hand
diagram (1).
► Turn the foil disposal drive over, together with the
foil container.
► Remove the two screws shown in the right-hand
diagram (2).
► Loosen the marked screws (3), so that the oper-
ating panel can be moved. One complete rotation
should be sufficient.
If you are still unable to move the operating
panel, loosen the two screws by a further rota-
tion.
For 32-88mm feeder modules only
► Lift the foil disposal, together with the foil con-
tainer, out of the feeder module.
► Remove the two screws shown in the left-hand
diagram (1).
► Loosen the marked screws (2), so that the oper-
ating panel can be moved. One complete rotation
should be sufficient.
If you are still unable to move the operating
panel, loosen the two screws by a further rota-
tion.
► Turn the foil disposal drive over, together with the
foil container.
► Remove the two screws shown in the right-hand
diagram (3).
When using wider feeder modules, you need a
longer Torx screwdriver size 8.
► Turn the foil disposal drive over, together with the
foil container.
► (1) Press the removal handle so that this springs
out.
► (2) Lift the operating panel up and out of the foil
container frame.

► Pull both cables out of the foil container frame.
6.7.6 Fitting the Operating Panel (16 - 88 mm)
► Thread the cable through the slit in the foil con-
tainer frame, as marked in the diagram.
► (1) Push the front part of the control panel as far
as the stop into the slit in the foil container frame.
► (2) Pull the control panel towards the foil con-
tainer.
► (3) Press the release handle into the control
panel.

For 16-24mm feeder modules only
► Fix the operating panel with the two screws
marked in the diagram with (1).
► Fix the operating panel with the self-cutting Torx
screws marked in the left-hand diagram (2).
► Turn the foil disposal drive over, together with the
foil container.
► Fix the operating panel with the self-cutting Torx
screws marked in the right-hand diagram (3).
For 32-88mm feeder modules only
► Fix the operating panel with the self-cutting Torx
screws marked in the left-hand diagram (1).
► Turn the foil disposal drive over, together with the
foil container.
► Fix the operating panel with the self-cutting Torx
screws marked in the right-hand diagram (2).
► Fix the operating panel with the two screws
marked in the diagram at (3).
► Insert the foil disposal drive, together with the foil
container, into the feeder module.
Run the cable as shown in the example diagram (8
mm feeder module).
► (1) Run the flat ribbon cable vertically downwards
and carefully fold it to the left.
► (2) Carefully fold the flat ribbon cable as marked
in the diagram.
Make sure that the blue surface at the end of the
cable is at the top.
► Thread the other cable under the flat ribbon
cable, to the second connection.
