14-4-6．SAFETY 基板 (40044553)
【功能】
①检测紧急停止开关、限制传感器、X＿STOP 传感器、区域传感器，切断伺服电源。
②检测护罩打开开关。
③和 CARRY 中转基板的 I/F 电路接通，检测基板传送的传感器、电磁阀、ATC 传感器、电磁阀的信号。
④安装 SMEMA I／F 的电路。
⑤安装保存 M／S 参数的 Flash ROM。
⑥根据来自 CPU 电路板的指令，控制支撑台、传送通道宽度自动调整、传送 L/中心、R 的各步进马
达的脉冲输出。
【跨接开关类的设定】
跳接开关的设置对非 CE 机/CE 机是不同的。在安装电路板时请进行确认作业。
对 SW2 已设置了电路板的功能 Rev 和图案 Rev。一般情况下请不要变更。
下图表示图案 Rev2、功能 Rev3 的设置。
