LD1（红）ALM ：发生紧急停止等的报警时亮灯。
LD2（红）CV
OPEN ：测知护罩打开时亮灯。
LD3（红）AREA
F ：正面一侧 2 维传感器检测时亮灯。
LD4（红）AREA
R ：背面一侧 2 维传感器检测时亮灯。
LD5（红）FEED
FL ：供料器浮动传感器检测时亮灯。
【更换后的调整项目】
更换后，必须进行取得 MS 参数备份数据的操作。
请通过「文件」→「控制数据管理」进行备份操作。
