1-1 本装置概要
1-1-1 前言
JM-100不仅继承了前代机型 JM-10的插入元件实装功能,还 加快了操作节拍并提高了对大型元件、
异形元件的对应能力。
对应的元件供给装置有径向供料器、轴向供料器、料管供料器、矩阵托盘服务器等诸多种类,可以
根据生产条件选择最佳的供给装置。
JM-100 还采用了 RS-1 也采用的具备上下一体驱动功能的并列 8 吸嘴贴片头,从 小型元件到大型元
件不必更换贴片头,可以按照元件高度以最快的贴片头动作完成元件实装。
插入错误检测功能还可以防止珍贵的基板和元件遭受损坏。
可以对 50mm × 50mm ~ 800mm × 360mm 的基板尺寸进行实装。
进而,通过整合本机与车间提高生产性支援系统,以车间(=制造现场)为单位,对贴片机生产相关的
各种业务与信息进行总体管理与优化,帮助工厂提高生产性和制造品质,实现高效化并降低成本。
