1-1-1 前言
JM-100不仅继承了前代机型 JM-10的插入元件实装功能,还 加快了操作节拍并提高大型元件
异形元件的对应能力。
对应的元件供给装置有径向供料器轴向供料器、料管供料器矩阵托盘服务器等诸多种类,可以
根据生产条件选择最佳的供给装置
JM-100 还采用了 RS-1 也采用的具备上下一体驱动功能的并 8 嘴贴片头,从 小型元件到大型
件不必更换贴片头,可以按照元件高度以最快的贴片头动作完成元件实装。
入错误检测功能还可以防珍贵的基板元件遭受损坏。
可以对 50mm × 50mm 800mm × 360mm 的基板尺寸进行实装。
进而,通过整合本机与车间提高生产性支援系统以车间(=制造现场)为单位,贴片机生产相关的
各种业务与信息进行总体管理与优化帮助工厂提高生产性和制造品质,实现高效化并降低成本。
