Q7: Why does the motor stop and the display count is greater than the preset value ?

A: Due to the inertia of the motor and the varying tension of different carrier tape, the count

value will be slightly higher than the preset value.

Q8: Why hasn't the carrier tape on the left side of reel been empty when the motor stops

after reaching the preset value ?

A: Because the PRESET value is less than the number of the total component number in the

reel.

Q9: Why is there a significant difference between the number of materials counted and the

actual number of material?

A: Please confirm if the pitch setting is correct. Setting the pitch incorrectly will

result in inaccurate counting.

Q10: Why is there empty material in the reel that the machine did not detect when using

Pocket check function for counting?

A: Please troubleshoot the problem in the following order

1. POCKET CHECK function not enabled

2. The fiber optic alignment mechanism is incorrect.

3. The amplifier reference value for empty material detection is not set correctly.

4,The carrier tape used is black with no hole in the center of the part groove.

This function is invalid for this type of strip!

7.3 Trouble Shooting

LCD no display after power on.

1. Make sure using the correct power supply and

the power connecton is good。

2. Check the fuse if it ’ s damaged, if damaged,

replace it with the same type fuse.

Carrier tape fell off the counting gear

during work.

1.Confirm that there are no creases or damages on

the carrier tape, and that the guide holes are not

blocked

2.Make sure the counting gear isn’t deform,if it’

s deformed, please replace it.

3.Check the guide spring，replace it if it’s damaged.

Time can’t be saved after update.

The 3V battery(CR1220) on the main board is dead,

please replace the battery

Some buttons are abnormal

(no response when tap it) and the

others is normal

Control panel is damaged,replace the control

panel。

After power on, in condition that the

power supply is normal and the fuse

is good, but the LCD doesn’t display

anything。

1. The switching power supply inside the machine is

damaged

2. Mainboard damage

3. LCD display damaged

Please replace if any damage confirmed or contact

us.

The motor on the right or left side

keeps rotating when turned on,and

pressing the "stop" button cannot

stop it.
