Blow air through the distributor plate Compressed air

Clean the distributor plate Ethyl alcohol, lint-free cloth

Apply film of grease to distributor plate Unisilkon L250L

Star:

Wipe the star Lint-free cloth

Apply film of grease to running surface of the star

Check that the ball catches run easily

Star brake:

Check the star brake for damage and to ensure it is

working correctly

Wipe the star brake / remove grease Lint-free cloth

Fill the holes with grease ISOFLEX TOPAS, NCA 52

Apply film of grease to surface of the star brake ISOFLEX TOPAS, NCA 52

Distributor seat:

Clean the distributor seat Ethyl alcohol, lint-free cloth

Valve adjustment drives:

Wipe the valve adjustment drives Lint-free cloth

Clean plate and gap Lint-free cloth

Clean ball bearing Lint-free cloth

Check that ball bearing is working correctly

Remove visible dirt

Turning station:

Wipe the black O-ring Ethyl alcohol, lint-free cloth

Check the O-ring for damage

Check the toothed belt for damage
