Star brake 9
: Check the star brake for damage and to ensure that it is working correctly.
a Wipe the star brake using a dry, lint-free cloth. Make sure that you remove all grease residues.
: Fill each of the three small holes in the star brake (see arrows) with ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52.
s Remove excess grease with a lint-free cloth.

: Apply a thin film of grease to the surface of the star brake.

Distributor seat 9
d Clean the distributor seat with a cottonwool bud moistened with ethyl alcohol.

Be careful not to push dirt into the vacuum openings with the cottonwool bud. 9

Valve adjustment drives 9
a Wipe the three valve adjustment drives using a dry, lint-free cloth.
: Clean the plate and the gap between the plate and the motor bracket.

s Clean the ball bearing with a dry lint-free cloth.
: Check that the ball bearing is working correctly.
: Remove any visible dirt.

Turning station 9
d Wipe the black O-ring of the turning station with a lint-free cloth moistened with ethyl alcohol.
: Check the O-ring for damage. Replace, if necessary.

: Check the toothed belt for damage, Replace, if necessary.

The turning station can be cleaned while still installed using a cottonwool bud moistened with ethyl
alcohol. 9
