Valve adjustment drives 9
a Wipe the three valve adjustment drives using a dry, lint-free cloth.
: Clean the plate and the gap between the plate and the motor bracket.

s Clean the ball bearing with a dry lint-free cloth.
: Check that the ball bearing is working correctly.
: Remove any visible dirt.

Turning station 9
d Wipe the black O-ring of the turning station with a lint-free cloth moistened with ethyl alcohol.
: Check the O-ring for damage. Replace, if necessary.

: Check the toothed belt for damage, Replace, if necessary.

The turning station can be cleaned while still installed using a cottonwool bud moistened with ethyl
alcohol. 9

Assembly 9
: Insert the two O-rings into the back part of head.
: Carefully insert the distributor into its seat.

The small O-ring may be damaged if it is seated on the distributor. 9

a Insert the distributor plate into its seat.

Make sure that the distributor plate is seated correctly. The flat side must lie on the star. The side
with the step points towards the distributor. 9

: Fit the front part of head and screw it tight.
9
: Attach the ribbon cables to the appropriate connectors.
: Connect the compressed air hose.
