检查T-OLP的安装位置是否有优化执行文件，如果没有可执行文件则重新安
装T-OLP。如果有可执行文件则重新实行。

is using it.
[原因 ]
属于无法保存PDW 文件的情况，该文件是唯读文件或者其他人员在打开时
出现
[处理方法 ]
如果是唯读文件，则删除该文件后保存。
否则，先确认是否其它应用程序正在使用同一文件，重新开始程序后保存。
