testing SIPLACE X-feeders and
verifying their performance. The
system is semi-automatic and
operates offline to keep your
production lines running.

The new SIPLACE Feeder Verification System (FVS) makes it easy to test all components (drives, control panel,
buttons, splice sensor) and central functions like the pickup position of SIPLACE X-feeders by running various test
sequences. It operates offline so that your production line can keep running at full speed.
Detailed test logs can be stored and/or printed as PDF or CSV files. In the future they can also be integrated directly
into the SIPLACE Feeder Manager. The SIPLACE Feeder Verification System lets you maximize your process
reliability and line availability while enabling you to make the right decisions regarding feeder deployment and
maintenance.

Verification System (FVS)
New system, new features
The new SIPLACE FVS lets you verify
SIPLACE X-feeders offline. The tests are run
semi-automated by starting various test
sequences that simulate the feeder's use on the
machine.
The new SIPLACE FVS features measure the
repeat accuracy of the component supply system
optically. As part of a modern maintenance
concept, you can systematically test feeder
modules before deploying them on the line and
verify their performance and precision for your
customers. At the same time, your service
technicians receive valuable information about
maintenance requirements that enables them to
optimize their maintenance cycles for each
feeder and/or line.
The SIPLACE FVS replaces previous tools
(XFTB) with significantly enhanced testing and
verification capabilities.
