1. Inspection & System Concept
The MX-3600…is an automatic X-Ray Inspection system for high speed
applications usable for off-line and/or in-line solder joint inspection in
SMT-Lines. The Transmission X-RAY Technology is base on sealed
(closed) X-RAY tube technology and 12 bit digital imaging.

Automatic Width Adjust
AXI Software with solder-joint and component algorithm library for automatic
defect detection on PCB-Assembly applications
Offline programming with inspection data management, auto-program generation
and test coverage display and analysis
CXI3600(standard) compatibility for existing 3600 applications (using common
input CAD data and CAD-Compile output data: n2a file …!)
Real-time process control (SPC)
SPC alarm and logging function
Link to MIPS Verification & Repair Station
