CLEANUM X, the scalable process cell with cleanroom
module, enables sophisticated manufacturing or assembly
processes under precisely measurable and controllable en-
vironmental conditions - whether as a single cell or an entire
production line. Choose from a wide range of ASYS processes
or integrate your own process.
The CLEANUM X cleanroom and climate cell generates a
controlled atmosphere directly at the process, completely
autonomously and exibly. Maximum product protection in the
production process is achieved independently of the ambient
production area. The system meets temperature, relative
humidity and cleanliness class requirements. Whether dry,
air-conditioned, clean or a combination of these - the modular
cleanroom and climate control cell adapts to every process
requirement and can be used exibly.
Clean – cleanroom classes ISO 6-9
Equipped with a high-quality HEPA lter H14, clean room
conditions prevail inside the process cell.
Dry – dehumidication to <10% r.h.
Moisture and corrosion-sensitive components are also effec-
tively protected during processing.
Clima – cooling capacity up to 700 W
A constant ambient temperature ensures consistent quality in
temperature-inuenced processes. Whether cooling or hea-
ting, with CLEANUM Clima you can produce under controlled
conditions.
