2 Restriction
In using this function, there is the following restriction.
- In [Board]-[Fiducial]-[Board]-[No Execute], it does not function.
- In Machine Setting, when [Machine] - [Setting] - [Machine Data] - [Mechanical] -
[Position] - [TableA] - [Mount After FID Check] is enable, it does not function.
- It does not function, when it resets and operation is resumed after an after-mounting
stop.
- This function will take additional tact time to perform a PCB fiducial after mounting and
to check its difference between before and after mounting.
3 Summary
This function will reduce defects of mounted boards, by finding a case of failure to fix a
board because of some difficulty such as cylinder degradation etc.

4 1 Functional explanation
First, The calculation method of PCB fiducial correction value is shown below.

When [Board]-[Fiducial]-[Board]-[Executed] is enabled, PCB fiducial recognition is
certainly carried out just before mounting, and the above-mentioned calculation method will
be carried out. In this function, the PCB fiducial correction value after mounting is also
calculated in the same way as before mounting.
And the difference of the correction value before mounting and after mounting was
calculated and if it is over the acceptable value (machine setup), a possibility that the Board
shift occurrence will be notified.
