Our new SIPLACE X-feeder upgrade packages
render the configuration of feeder unnecessary.
PSA-Foil and “ordinary” foil can be used without
any X-feeder configuration.
The tape cover container opens immediately
when it is full – no machine or line stop needed.
Increased cover strip grip results in more even
feeding force.
Automatic cover strip folding eliminates the
impact of the foil type.

The innovations of the SIPLACE X-feeder
upgrade packages affect the way the tape cover
strips are processed.
The new tape cover locking mechanism defines a
specific force that causes the cover to open
automatically when a certain fill level has been
reached without clogging and the resulting
machine stop.
In combination with the new stripping plate, the
new cover strip wheel and the new rocker mount,
the new knurled cover strip stuffing wheels
generate a defined removal force for regular and
adhesive tape cover strips.
This prevents faulty SIPLACE X-feeder setups
and saves on feeder setup changeovers.
