Rhen 8000 Plus Remote Particle Sensor Maintenance Precautions
I. Maintenance Precautions
As the Sensor operates continuously for 24 hours, the system will continue to collect data during machine maintenance. To avoid
excessive data exceeding standards and prevent Sensor contamination, the following preventive measures are specified.
Remote Sensor Maintenance Steps:
1. Turn off the corresponding instrument in the software before
maintenance.
2. Plug the filter into the on-site Sensor to prevent contamination.
3. Avoid damaging the Sensor, network cable, and power cord
during operation.
Annual Calibration Items:
1. Annual calibration of Particle Sensor accuracy.
2. Annual calibration of Temperature and Humidity sensors.
Troubleshooting Methods:
No.
Fault Phenomenon Solutions
1
Screen is black
1. Check power supply
connection.
2
Insufficient airflow
1. Check internal motor; 2.
Replace motor if faulty.
3
Cannot reset count
1. Clean the Sensor
components.
4
No counting function
1. Return to factory for
professional repair.
I. Calibration Precautions
Users cannot calibrate this instrument by themselves. The Rhen 8000 Plus remote particle counter requires annual calibration
to ensure its performance continues to meet the original manufacturer's specifications.
Calibration contents include:
1. Flow accuracy verification.
2.Comparison using standard reference instrument and equipment
3.Counting accuracy traceable to ISO 21501-4
All calibration operations comply with ISO 21501-4, and calibration verification certificates are provided.
Thermometer Calibration (According to ISO 14644)
To ensure the accuracy of cleanroom environment monitoring data, the thermohygrometer also needs to be calibrated regularly
according to ISO 14644 specifications. The calibration contents include:
1. Accuracy detection of temperature sensor and humidity sensor, compared with standard reference equipment.
2. Temperature and humidity test points should cover representative values within the applicable range.
3. Calibration reference is traceable to the standard temperature and humidity measurement equipment of the International
System of Units (SI).
