The ASM Material Manager gives you full control over all

materials on your shop floor. Plan and order materials even more

reliably: find out the exact quantity and location of your stock at

a glance. Production stops are also a thing of the past: check in

real time and any time whether there are enough materials on the

line and request replenishments directly from there. ASM Material

Manager closes the gap between the ERP system and production,

optimizes your material logistics via continuous workflows and

minimizes material-related production stops.

The result: A faster and flawless material flow, your production

The ASM Material Manager software has a modular structure. This

means that every employee in every function, for every process

and at every workstation can be given optimum support -

completely paperless. This starts with the assignment of UIDs for

incoming packs from suppliers and communication with ERP and

merchandise management systems, continues with the control of

automatic storage systems and the output of route-optimized

picking lists, and extends to setup verification and the recording of

replenishment requirements and consumption data directly from

the SIPLACE placement solutions.
