Die optionale LP-Kamera Multicolor wird an SIPLACE S-25 HM und HS-50 anstelle der Unterpor-
talkamera (LP-Kamera mit Normallicht) und der optionalen Schräglichtbeleuchtung eingesetzt.
Sie dient der Verbesserung der Markenerkennung und der im Ergebnis höheren Genauigkeit der
Bestückung.
HINWEIS
Um ein optimales Bestückergebnis zu garantieren, wird die Anpassung der Z-Position der Kamera
(des Kamerafokus) an die aktuell zu verarbeitende Substrat- oder LP-Dicke anhand der Tabelle
im Abschnitt 1.3 empfohlen. Dazu wird die Distanzplatte (Zwischenstück) von jeder Kamera ent-
fernt oder unter jede Kamera eingebaut. Die Distanzplatte ist im Nachrüstsatz LP-Kamera Multi-
color enthalten.
Die hierzu erforderlichen Arbeiten sind ab Abschnitt 1.3.3 beschrieben.
