Safety Introduction

Equipment required for Workflow 3 Maintenance TX V2

1 Check the head status of the CPPx to be maintained

2 Shut down, remove all tables (COT) and exchange all nozzles

3 Empty and clean the reject bin

4 Remove the CPPx to be maintained

5 Return a maintained CPPx head

6 Clean the Z-Axis of the remaining C&P20x heads

7 Check and clean the magnetic surfaces of the X- and Y-Axis

8 Clean the conveyor, lifting tables and gantry cables

9 Maintain the conveyor

10 Clean / replace the head exhaust filter

11 Check / replace compressed air filter

12 Maintain the tape cutter

13 Check / replace the vacuum pump filter disk

14 Clean the feeder modules and cut the tapes

15 Switch on the machine and return the tables (COT)

16 Calibrate the maintained CPP Head

17 Check the cover fans

18 Check the filter discs of all C&P20x

19 Check the nozzle status of all C&P heads

20 Endurance run
