KNet PLUS

is a user-conﬁgurable control and

information management system designed to

connect K&S wire bonders and other SECS-II/GEM

compliant equipment. It can transfer and manage

implement strip mapping, exert remote control,

support Lot and barcode scenario, support

preventative maintenance, interact distributed

data servers and customer’s manufacturing

execution system (MES) to achieve integration at

factory level.
