2. Overview
This function measures pick height properly by checking vacuum level at moving the head to
the tape guide of a feeder.
To determine pick height, it used to be necessary to measure the tape thickness by caliper,
and to adjust the height considering pick up rate. With this function, pick height is
automatically measured properly, so that you don’t need to create height data before the first
use of the machine.
2.1 Target
1. Supported feeder types are “4mm feeder” and “8mm feeder”.
Feeder parts of 12mm or wider, and tray parts are not supported.
2. Supported feeder guide types are iron and carbon.
Therefore, when one machine has both of above types of tape guides, guide
recognition is necessary to distinguish iron and carbon.
