1. Introduction
“Parts Supply Indicator” turns the light on the front or rear of a machine, which directs an operator
to either side of the machine.

3. Overview
Lighting conditions of Parts Supply Indicator are as follows.
1) For feeder parts and ATS parts
- When Remain Stop or Remain Warning is working (Op001: Remain Counter)
- When parts or cart is not setup (Op002: Setup Verification)
- At time limit stop or time limit warning (Op015: Time Limit Management) ▲1
2) When a transfer error occurs
3) When there is a pallet without parts supplied on the supply station of cATS.
(Only on YSM40)
4) When an ATS error occurs ▲1
5) During auto-running with alternative parts setting ▲1
- Supply indicator on the front or rear works for main parts.
6) When the dump station becomes full with dumped parts ▲1
7) When a waffle tray error occurs ▲1
8) When a dipping error occurs ▲1
9) When an adjustable stick feeder error occurs ▲1
(Note) The light is not turned on for operations by hand.
4. Setting Method
It is not necessary to make a setting to activate this function.
5. Limitation
This function works only on a machine equipped with parts supply indicator lights.
